MARRA STEPHENSON
Marra Stephenson is an accomplished Account Executive with more than two decades of experience driving revenue growth, developing high-value client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives across the financial services and technology sectors. With six years dedicated specifically to the financial industry with Fiserv, Marra is known for her ability to deeply understand client needs, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
She began her professional journey as a Project Electronics Engineer (rocket scientist) with the Department of Defense. She worked in full-cycle technical recruiting, performed operation management for a construction firm and led large sales teams at Nordstrom.
Marra holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is committed to elevating diverse voices and fostering collaborative, people-centered work environments.

Our vision evolved over the life of the founder, Robert Stephenson. Rob started his journey into residential remodeling in Yeadon, PA – his native home. Inspired by his father’s constant upkeep and remodeling of their modest, 75 year old colonial home, he developed an eye for true craftsmanship and a fondness for design. After graduating from college with an engineering degree and working as an engineer and manager in various industries, Rob discovered that consumers expect quality, great service, and a lasting, enjoyable experience when they invest their dollars. So when Stephenson Construction was started, he began remodeling and building homes while focusing on those experiences from his childhood and professional career.
Today, Stephenson Construction differentiates itself from competitors by first identifying clients needs, implementing simplified design and construction process, and ultimately creating lasting client relationships over the years.
